Harry Fox was born in London. He has lived in Australia, across Europe, the United States, where he studied at the Montclair Museum of Art.

He works in many mediums watercolour, collage, oil and assemblages he also displays versatility in the graphic field, with cast paper, drypoint, etching and woodblocks.

Cosmic Paintbox is a work of embossed paper with colours added to make a beautiful but abstract tonal work.
